TL;DR

Outbound Account Executive (Retail): Generating pipeline and managing the sales process for retail solutions, from prospecting to close with an accent on specific market segments and optimizing touchpoints. Focus on meeting key performance indicators, working collaboratively within a team, and achieving sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid, based out of our Toronto office (on Spadina), with in-office days every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through phone and email outreach in defined market segments.
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations and demos.
  • Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce, forecasting to leadership, and meeting monthly KPIs.
  • Work closely with Sales Development Reps to close cold outbound sourced opportunities.
  • Collaborate within a team environment to grow the business.
  • Negotiate pricing with management.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound sales, calling into cold leads and converting conversations into meetings.
  • Experience forecasting a pipeline and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Proven track record of top performance in previous roles.
