Recruiter, Go-To-Market (GTM) (Recruiting/AI): Leading end-to-end hiring for GTM roles and building scalable recruiting processes with an accent on strategic sourcing, talent pipelines, and candidate assessment. Focus on partnering with GTM leaders, analyzing recruiting metrics, coaching hiring managers, and maintaining a high hiring bar in a fast-growing AI environment.
Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid attendance with staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available, subject to role and candidate eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles.
- Develop recruiting plans through competitive mapping, targeted sourcing, and long-term talent pipelines.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define business priorities, team structures, candidate profiles, and competencies.
- Create candidate experiences that communicate Anthropic’s mission and growth opportunity.
- Design scalable assessment and recruiting processes covering functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural alignment.
- Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM functions.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and building recruiting structure.
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring-manager coaching skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and candidate relationship management.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and connect metrics to recruiting health and candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
