Recruiter - APJ

What you will do

• Manage and facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process, primarily for go-to-market and sales roles across APJ.
• Develop sourcing strategies and use Boolean search to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting strategies and goals.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate records, job postings, and weekly status reports in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview debriefs, prepare materials, and evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, business partners, and the Talent Acquisition team while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese is required.
• Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process.
• Go-to-market or sales recruiting experience in the technology industry.
• Sourcing experience and strong Boolean search skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and build productive relationships.

• Agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across a broad mixture of role types.
• Experience working with Greenhouse.
