Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect (Greater China Region)

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customer accounts.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production go-live, healthy consumption, and adoption of Databricks workloads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop roadmaps covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progress to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business-value attribution, and technical program management.
• Experience with discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, complex delivery, and executive escalations.
• Mandarin proficiency and experience in the Greater China Region are required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience is also required.

• Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar performance targets.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
