Sr. AI Solutions Architect (Graph+GenAI): Designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI applications that combine graph databases, knowledge graphs, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks with an accent on scalable enterprise architectures and customer-focused solution engineering. Focus on architecting graph-based AI systems, integrating structured and unstructured data, optimizing performance, and guiding strategic customers through complex implementations.
Location: Remote: United States. Travel of up to 50% is required for customer engagements.
Annual on-target earnings: $200,000–$265,000 USD.

What you will do
- Design and lead the deployment of scalable Graph+GenAI solutions for strategic customers.
- Translate customer objectives and enterprise data challenges into production-ready AI architectures.
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize AI applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, scope definition, prioritization, risk mitigation, and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to influence the roadmap and develop methodologies and thought leadership.
- Deliver workshops, training, documentation, and enablement for internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, version control, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI frameworks, cloud-native AI platforms, data engineering, analytics, graph data modeling, Cypher, and graph databases.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to engage with customers and support project execution.
