Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design complex end-to-end solutions that combine hirify.global products with customer portfolios and target architectures.
• Map technical requirements from discovery through implementation with sales, delivery teams, data scientists, partners, and customers.
• Select and integrate data visualization and transformation technologies such as Power BI, Grafana, Plotly Dash, Databricks, Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Design data models and integrations using hirify.global Data Fusion, SQL, Python, Java, REST APIs, and hirify.global data connectors.
• Ensure solution quality through robust integrations, CI/CD, logging, security, monitoring, and clearly defined operational support.
• Advise customers and partners on hirify.global Data Fusion and identify opportunities to improve products and features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an application or data engineer, solution or enterprise architect, or machine learning engineer.
• Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Hands-on Python experience and strong knowledge of software development best practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration, customer relationships, data and analytics implementations, and IT integration design.
• Experience with a public cloud platform, network security, identity providers, application hosting, operations, monitoring, logging, and reporting.
• DevOps experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment environments, data modeling, data warehousing, and big data architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience in the heavy asset industry, including oil and gas, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with operational data, customer business drivers, and consulting-led requirements negotiation.
