Business Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Manage strategic business relationships between Digital and Information Management and hirify.global business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, connector, and translator to align Digital and IM strategy and operations with business needs.
• Build productive relationships with business leaders and maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog covering transformational and business continuity objectives.
• Represent Digital and IM capabilities, report performance to the business, and facilitate escalations.
• Act as Proximity Manager for co-located employees, supporting local accountability, wellbeing, communication, HR coordination, coaching, and career development.
• Lead SRM activities for Thailand and Vietnam, including coaching, escalation management, strategic topics, budget management, operations planning, and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the relevant technical function and associated business functions.
• Ability to manage relationships with strategic business partners and stakeholders outside Digital and Information Management.
• Ability to support strategic vision alignment, operational coordination, portfolio management, and escalation handling.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, hirify.global values, leadership principles, and the Code of Conduct.
• Ability to work in Subang, Malaysia, with responsibility for Malaysia and support for Thailand and Vietnam.
