Customer Records Specialist

Location: Houston, TX; hybrid work may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week

hirify.global maintains customer records and supports Sales and Customer Support operations.

What you will do

• Maintain customer files in the internal customer database.
• Activate and deactivate customer records.
• Verify customer addresses and phone numbers through internet research and phone calls.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support to keep current and prospective customer information up to date.
• Complete additional data maintenance projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and work ethic.
• PC skills, including typing and data entry.
• College courses or a degree are helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in or commute to Houston, Texas, with hybrid eligibility determined by position and available after training.
