Customer Service Data Entry Specialist

What you will do

• Receive inbound email orders and enter them accurately into the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers to clarify order details.
• Identify and report order discrepancies and issues.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and pricing teams to resolve order problems.
• Maintain organized records of orders and related documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Previous experience with ERP systems, transaction processing, reporting, and inquiries.
• Customer service, order processing, or administrative support experience.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass E-Verify and work onsite in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in sales, customer service, or a distribution environment.
• General knowledge of product lines and pricing schedules.
