Customer Service Representative

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. Hybrid schedule available with Monday–Wednesday in the Oklahoma City office and Thursday–Friday from home; office attendance on Thursday and Friday is also available.

What you will do

• Answer customer service calls from member florists.
• Process flower, product, directory, credit card, and equipment orders.
• Assist with billing questions, monthly statements, and product purchases.
• Confirm floral orders and resolve florist requests and problems.
• Troubleshoot credit card equipment and assist with web hosting questions.
• Perform additional duties as needed, including work during periods of increased order volume.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, clear diction, and a well-modulated voice.
• Ability to make decisions with limited direction and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills, plus a minimum typing speed of 25 net words per minute.
• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing shift requirements; holiday time off may be limited.
