Customer Service Representative (Automotive Software)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global facility in Celina, Ohio, United States; working hours are 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Enter customer orders using the order entry program.
• Maintain inventory records and dealership profile accounts.
• Build professional relationships with prospects and customers.
• Generate forms management and weekly reports for sales representatives.
• Resolve product shipping and billing problems.
• Maintain complete customer files for the sales organization.

Requirements

• Availability to work from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and outgoing personality.
• PC knowledge and data entry experience.
