Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; on-site night rotation, 5 days out of 7 including weekends

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through line management and regular one-to-ones.
- Drive shift performance, productivity, and fulfilment of customer web and store demand on time and in full.
- Work with the Section Manager to monitor delivery against plan, identify performance gaps, and create improvement plans.
- Review labour plans, ensure adequate shift coverage, and provide operational feedback to warehouse leadership.
- Champion site safety through inspections, hazard spotting, safety gembas, risk assessments, and audits.
- Support culture change, continuous improvement, employee retention, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Potential for people management and change management.
- Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
- Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for a rotating shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
