Warehouse Team Leader (Logistics)

Location: Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Allocate tasks and priorities across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, loading, and dispatch.
• Check order and inventory accuracy through regular inspections and cycle counts.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while supporting performance reviews.
• Enforce health and safety policies, investigate incidents, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Track KPIs, support shift planning and attendance tracking, and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a team-leading role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and equipment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
