Nightshift Operations Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Hall Road, Aylesford, England ME20 7TR, United Kingdom. Onsite role with a 40-hour night-shift schedule.

Salary: £16.57 per hour, plus premiums for hours worked between 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am.

What you will do

• Drive team performance against station or hub targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer care standards and operational efficiency throughout the shift.
• Plan resources and produce operational reports for the depot.
• Communicate shift priorities and updates through hub briefings.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with hirify.global policies and procedures.
• Manage, train, and develop team members through coaching, delegation, and feedback.

Requirements

• Supervisory skills and experience.
• Ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve operational targets.
• Approachable and adaptable working style.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and delegate a busy workload.
• Availability for a 40-hour night-shift schedule at the Aylesford station or hub.
