What you will do
- Own customer relationships and deliver sales across the Chemical, Process & Industrial market sector in France.
- Develop sales strategy, forecasts, budgets, account plans, and channel management activities.
- Provide technical advice, demonstrate products, and deliver familiarization training.
- Manage relationships with end users, EPCs, valve makers, distributors, and new customers.
- Oversee projects, product introductions, campaigns, and events while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with area sales, application engineering, internal sales, and other back-office teams.
Requirements
- Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering.
- Good spoken and written English and French are required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial applications, preferably flow control, with a proven record of success.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strong commercial acumen, and business development capability.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and collaborate across a complex, matrixed business.
- Willingness to travel nationally and work with people from different cultures.
