TL;DR
Lead CCTV Industrialization Engineer (CCTV manufacturing): Building and optimizing manufacturing processes, production lines, and validation systems for video surveillance devices with an accent on optics, image sensors, reliability testing, and factory ramp-up. Focus on identifying industrialization risks, diagnosing image-quality issues across hardware and software, and supporting mass production onsite.
Location: On-site in Hanoi, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, or Foshan

What you will do
- Build and improve CCTV manufacturing processes, production lines, and the supporting industrialization ecosystem.
- Share practical expertise across R&D, NPI, product engineering, and manufacturing to improve throughput and efficiency.
- Identify industrialization risks during design and provide recommendations to mechanical, hardware, firmware, QA, and manufacturing teams.
- Support factory production and mass-production ramp-up, including onsite factory activities.
- Develop and validate production testing, environmental and reliability testing, optical calibration, and image-quality validation processes.
- Act as a technical authority and knowledge-sharing expert for CCTV manufacturing and product industrialization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of practical experience in video/CCTV device development, NPI, product industrialization, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, or related hardware manufacturing roles.
- Experience building or managing CCTV manufacturing lines and supporting the full product lifecycle in a mature manufacturing company.
- Strong expertise in optics, camera assembly, lens systems, Active Alignment, image sensors, ISP performance, calibration, and image-quality troubleshooting.
- Experience with environmental and reliability validation, including temperature and humidity, mechanical, burn-in, leak, pressure, IPX6/IPX7, and contamination-control testing.
- Knowledge of enclosure manufacturing, injection molding, die casting, waterproofing, membranes, condensation control, Ethernet, PoE, and EMI/EMC interactions.
- Working knowledge of Embedded Linux/RTOS, factory firmware flashing, Secure Boot, OTA updates, recovery mechanisms, wireless behavior, batteries, and audio validation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of video WDR/HDR, AI-enabled ISP technologies, low-light optimization, H.264/H.265/AV1, and bitrate-quality trade-offs.
