IE Engineer - Assembly Line (Industrial Engineering)

What you will do

• Design and plan assembly lines to create efficient and safe production environments.
• Optimize production processes and layouts during new product introduction and transition to mass production.
• Manage PFEP for production materials and improve line-side storage methods.
• Implement 6S activities, corrective actions, safety improvements, and data-driven efficiency initiatives.
• Lead assembly-line optimization projects focused on cost reduction, production quality, and performance.
• Use simulation software to identify bottlenecks and determine effective production methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IE Engineer; electrical or automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Production-line project experience and familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FlexSim, or similar design and simulation tools.
• Strong data analysis, project management, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Understanding of lean production and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills required, along with communication and teamwork abilities.
