Manufacturing Technician (AI)

Location: Qingzhou, Shandong, China; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Support the manufacture, assembly, packaging, testing, and ongoing production of products.
• Operate production equipment and tools while following blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and process guidelines.
• Perform basic equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare-parts activities.
• Plan machining process routing and fixtures for structural components and prepare machining programs.
• Analyze machining capacity and support investment planning for fixtures and CNC machines.
• Deploy modern manufacturing solutions, including hydraulic fixtures, RFID, AI-based error proofing, remote inspection, and automated component loading and unloading.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of operational functions and manufacturing engineering concepts.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and its safe operation, maintenance, updating, and storage.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production standards, monitoring methods, and process-control documentation.
• Ability to follow manufacturing processes and interpret blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to work onsite in Qingzhou, Shandong, five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
