Chief of Staff (AI Neobank)

Location: Malaysia; hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the Malaysia office

What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
• Build and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
• Coordinate workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
• Prepare decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
• Identify risks and dependencies, support senior trade-offs, and own special projects requiring cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
• Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, follow-through, writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate high-level strategy into detailed execution.
• Strong English communication is required as English is the main working language across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion.
