What you will do

• Lead and govern multiple technology projects within insurance transformation programs to ensure delivery of scope, budget, and quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Project Managers to maintain consistent governance standards.
• Develop integrated program roadmaps while managing dependencies, risks, and resources across initiatives.
• Establish trusted relationships with business sponsors, technology leaders, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Drive program-level risk management, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage program financials, resource planning, and vendor engagements to support business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs in Insurance, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of program governance and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior business and technology leaders.
• Leadership experience managing complex delivery teams and concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements in financial services environments.
• Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and business planning skills.
