Early Career Talent Partner – Technology & Platform

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid workplace. Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours is required. Travel may occasionally be required for hackathons, conferences, job fairs, and other recruiting events.

What you will do

• Own campus, intern, undergraduate, graduate, and early-career recruiting for the Technology & Platform team.
• Build relationships with universities, computer science and engineering departments, coding clubs, open-source communities, and student organizations.
• Sponsor, attend, and use hackathons and technical events for sourcing and employer-brand development.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from applications and screening through technical assessments, interviews, offers, engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define technical skill needs and design, run, and improve coding challenges and technical interviews.
• Analyze recruiting engagement, pipeline performance, and campus partnerships to improve processes, systematization, and automation while supporting diversity recruiting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with intern, entry-level, or early-career talent in fintech, technology, or financial firms.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including resume review, phone screens, interview coordination and facilitation, and offer calls.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple universities in competitive markets, ideally for software engineering or technical early-career roles.
• Ability to engage credibly with technical concepts and evaluate engineering skill signals in partnership with engineers, faculty, and student developer groups.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, prioritization, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
