Project Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Plan and manage customer-specific rollout projects, including installation plans and project schedules.
• Lead project teams after customer contract sign-off and maintain accountability for delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with implementation teams, customer engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Host customer meetings and calls, provide status reporting, and manage action, risk, and escalation logs.
• Manage database administration, billing and invoicing, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure service readiness in relevant countries and support process definition and implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience and experience in project management.
• High proficiency with Quickbase/UniTS and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to work from Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
• Official project management certification.
