Senior AV Project Manager (Systems Integration)

Location: Remote (US); 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

hirify.global's Creative Technology division delivers AV, immersive projection, interactive display, content platform, and systems integration solutions for museums, heritage, sports, corporate, visitor attraction, and entertainment projects.

What you will do

• Own AV systems integration projects from award through handover, managing technical, financial, programme, construction, production, materials, personnel, and scope requirements.
• Manage commercial and contractual obligations across multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, schedules, staffing, change control, variation orders, and client approvals.
• Maintain project workbooks, programmes, RFIs, early warning notices, variations, disruptive work notices, reports, and project status updates.
• Coordinate engineering, administration, sales, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams, including resources, equipment, shipping, travel, site mobilisation, and client sign-off.
• Oversee site managers and installers, coordinate training, manage RAID items and RACI responsibilities, and ensure health and safety documentation is prepared.
• Complete final documentation, snagging, contract close-out, invoicing, budget reconciliation, lessons learned, and handover to the service team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in AV, construction, or technical delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of AV technologies and systems integration processes.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, commercial, numerical, communication, contract, budget, and project documentation skills.
• Experience working with general contractors, architects, and electrical contractors, plus the ability to read, understand, and redline CAD packages.
• Fluent English with the ability to explain technical requirements clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Technical or business degree, or relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualifications; CTS and PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualifications are relevant.
