Project Manager

Location: Remote in Colombia, including Medellín, Tolima, and Bogotá.

What you will do

• Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices, build target lists, and prioritize field territories.
• Manage the provider referral pipeline from initial contact through pre-screening and enrollment handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and enforce data hygiene standards across provider engagement operations.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports covering field activity, referral volume, conversion, and SLAs.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, follow-ups, onboarding workflows, and handoffs for the field team.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and best practices while partnering with clinical operations, customer success, and technology teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, commercial or sales operations, or field team support.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, or health tech experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build dashboards and turn raw data into insights and decisions.
• Experience with CRM platforms and strong data quality discipline.
• Structured project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Full professional English fluency and availability during US Eastern business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, clinical trials, or patient recruitment.
• Experience supporting US-based commercial or medical field teams from LATAM.
• Familiarity with US healthcare providers, referral patterns, and EMRs.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
