Senior Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hirify.global ERP solutions from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate services, product, sales, center of excellence, SRE, and support teams.
• Apply hirify.global’s ERP implementation methodology and ensure contractual compliance.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for customer sponsors and report progress through project governance.
• Translate business objectives into executable plans and manage project change.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems, preferably in the food industry or related sectors.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or D365.
• Experience managing 5–10 projects lasting 6–18 months.
• Demonstrated project team leadership and strong customer-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and internal resources while adapting to changing environments.
