Associate Customer Projects Analyst (Pricing)

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $58,000–$87,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Manage multiple tier 1 and tier 2 pricing projects concurrently, maintaining timelines and objectives.
• Compile, analyze, and present stakeholder data to support successful project launches.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement pricing models and strategies and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Resolve contract, pricing, and vendor issues to prevent chargebacks and future misalignments.
• Lead stakeholder calls, provide project updates, and publish project reports.
• Track day-to-day questions, priorities, dependencies, and completion dates across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in contract administration and/or pricing.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to evaluate situations, take decisive action, analyze challenges, and overcome obstacles.
