2027 PM Group Benefits Advisor Analyst

Location: United States, with compensation applicable to offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Principally in-person with workplace flexibility; some local or national travel may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare, pharmacy, and employee benefits data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop cost projections, benchmarking analyses, and financial models for employer-sponsored benefit plans.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations supporting cost management and employee engagement strategies.
• Collect, validate, and maintain carrier and vendor data for client analyses.
• Support vendor evaluations, pricing reviews, and client deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum major GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in healthcare, employee benefits, and data-driven consulting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
