Compensation Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office or working onsite with clients.

Base salary: $129,600–$259,200 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses for large-scale compensation projects.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, programs, and job architecture designs.
• Advise senior management and HR leaders on pay strategy, competitiveness, incentives, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client interactions and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Guide junior team members and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Support business development through new relationships, expanded engagements, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, compensation technology, incentive plan design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience leading engagements for global organizations with complex compensation challenges.
• Business development experience and advanced analytical skills.
• Familiarity with compensation management tools, survey management tools, and AI-enabled compensation agents.
• Experience developing innovative solutions and thought leadership content.
