About the Role
You will partner with senior Product, Technology, and Operations leaders on organisational performance. You will coach leaders, lead two HR Business Partners, deliver restructures and organisation design, manage complex employee-relations cases, strengthen culture and performance practices, and provide people, cost, and commercial insight.
Requirements
- Significant HR business partnering experience with executive-level leaders
- Experience supporting Product and Technology teams
- Organisation design and change leadership
- Employee relations
- Employment law
- Commercial acumen
- Senior stakeholder management
- Coaching or developing others
- Cross-cultural and multi-location experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with and coach senior leaders
- Lead and develop two HR Business Partners
- Lead restructures, reorganisations, and organisation design
- Advise on operating models, structures, spans, layers, levels, and job design
- Manage sensitive, senior, and cross-border employee-relations cases
- Improve employee-relations practice and manager capability
- Own engagement and culture work for a complex population
- Set performance-management standards and support succession planning
- Shape group and divisional programme delivery
- Use people, cost, and commercial data to provide insight
- Monitor external market and regulatory developments
