Salesforce Developer II (nCino)

Location: Fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy nCino and Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Screen Flows, and Visualforce.
• Build scalable business functionality with Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, Salesforce automation, and platform capabilities.
• Develop and support Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, and communities.
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs, middleware platforms, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Perform data migration, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data-quality activities across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Contribute to solution design, CI/CD, release management, production support, governance, documentation, and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced certifications are preferred.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Screen Flows, Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, REST integrations, middleware, asynchronous processing, Platform Events, data migration, ETL, source control, and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across technical and business teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• nCino development, configuration, and implementation experience.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, commercial lending, banking, credit, or other financial-services environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience working in regulated industries with strong governance, security, and compliance requirements.
