Product Manager (DevSecOps)

Location: 5 days onsite in Lafayette, Louisiana; Knoxville, Tennessee; or Birmingham, Alabama

Salary: $100,800–$127,500 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the compliance framework for a cloud-native developer platform.
• Translate security, compliance, and engineering standards into prioritized requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Build playbooks, onboarding guides, operating procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor compliance, adoption, risks, and control gaps, and report findings and remediation progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Improve the governance framework based on audit findings, feedback, and changing regulatory or security requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or project management, product ownership, technology governance, or platform engineering.
• Experience supporting developer platforms, DevSecOps, or cloud-native engineering initiatives.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and security and technology governance controls.
• Ability to turn security, risk, and compliance requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across platform engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, risk, and compliance teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with internal developer platforms, Backstage, or developer portals.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security or policy as code.
• PMP, Product Owner, or similar certification.
