Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. Up to 50% travel may be required for customer meetings, program reviews, demonstrations, and conferences.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering, business development, and customer-facing teams to gather requirements and translate market feedback into product priorities.
• Act as the primary customer voice for cyber resiliency product development and create product messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead end-to-end program management for cyber product deployments across multiple customer sites and contracts.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, priorities, risks, and issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Generate leads, conduct customer meetings and technical demonstrations, and support government capture and sales activities.
• Build relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators while gathering market feedback for pricing and growth.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret / SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent education and relevant cybersecurity experience.
• 8+ years of combined product management, program management, or technical sales experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years managing government programs or delivering products to government customers.
• Experience supporting DoD customers, positioning technical cyber products, and working with Federal Acquisition Regulations and government contracting processes.
• Knowledge of cyber frameworks such as Risk Management Framework, Cyber Survivability Endorsement, Zero Trust, MITRE ATT&CK, and Cyber Kill Chain.

Nice to have

• Current SECRET or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience with government sales cycles, capture processes, channel sales, and partner models.
• Established professional network within target customer agencies and a record of meeting sales, booking, or profit metrics.
