What you will do

• Lead a Client Service team supporting Syndicated Analytics solutions, including Analytics Link.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop client success plans that support retention, growth, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
• Advise clients on hirify.global data assets, reporting tools, methodologies, and complex healthcare market information.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams on commercial growth and client delivery.
• Establish governance processes, service standards, and performance metrics while monitoring account health and product utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in client service, healthcare analytics, market research, or information services.
• Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry data, syndicated analytics, or hirify.global solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and complex project management skills.
• Experience leading change initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration; proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence or reporting tools.
