Manager - BCG Vantage, Data Centers and AI Infrastructure (AI)

What you will do

• Provide industry expertise, analysis, knowledge assets, and expert advisory to case and proposal teams.
• Serve as a thought partner and content expert for data centers and AI infrastructure topics.
• Develop and maintain intellectual property, tools, and materials covering AI economics and the full AI infrastructure stack.
• Support commercialization, proposals, and go-to-market efforts with business leaders.
• Analyze complex client problems and create customized solutions across data centers, AI hardware, supply chains, and infrastructure.
• Train, coach, mentor, and potentially line-manage junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in data centers, semiconductors, or related hardware; alternatively, at least 4 years of industry experience, with 6–10+ years strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Expertise in data centers, AI hardware, supply chain or procurement, operations, or infrastructure investment.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and project portfolio management skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.
