Associate Director, Product Software and Transformation

What you will do

• Lead complex value creation engagements, defining key questions, building workplans, managing workstreams, and maintaining focus on client priorities.
• Structure product, software, and transformation challenges into hypotheses, analyses, decision points, and practical recommendations.
• Develop executive-level narratives that synthesize analysis, client input, and specialist perspectives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, product, technology, and finance.
• Connect commercial priorities with product realities, architecture implications, delivery feasibility, investment requirements, and execution risks.
• Drive engagements from analysis to clear decisions, prioritized actions, and implementation paths.

Requirements

• Experience comparable to a high-performing consulting Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Associate Director, or Senior Consultant leading complex client engagements.
• Strong consulting skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, developing hypotheses, conducting rigorous analysis, managing teams, and creating executive storylines.
• Depth in one or more of transformation, product, software delivery, operating model design, technology strategy, or technology architecture.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business cases, benefits quantification, investment analysis, and trade-off evaluation.
• Credibility with senior executives and leaders across product, engineering, architecture, transformation, and finance.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK.
