FMEA Deployment Manager (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and supports commercial aircraft and international aerospace programmes through multi-site Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.

What you will do

• Implement and govern Design FMEA (DFMEA) and Process FMEA (PFMEA) methods across hirify.global functions and sites.
• Lead cross-functional FMEA workshops with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Ensure closed-loop flow-down from DFMEA to PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Drive adoption and integration of FMEA workflows and tools including Skywise and SAP S/4HANA.
• Establish KPIs for risk-reduction effectiveness, high-RPN mitigation velocity, and system maturity.
• Lead training, capability building, communities of practice, and deployment of additional Quality Standards based on EN9145.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience facilitating and deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high-reliability industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or electronics.
• Experience with quality assurance and proactive risk mitigation methods, including DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and problem solving.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects clearly, influence stakeholders, negotiate diplomatically, and manage projects.
• English at negotiation level is required.
