Product Specialist (Biosurgery)

Location: Notting Hill, Victoria, Australia; field-based role with frequent travel to hospitals across Melbourne Metro, occasional travel to Tasmania, and rare travel to regional Victoria

What you will do

• Develop clinical relationships and execute account-based plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders to drive Biosurgery product adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver product education, in-service training, and professional development programs.
• Manage territory operations, inventory, forecasting, contract opportunities, and account planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while following healthcare compliance requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven hospital sales experience in medical devices, preferably including operating theatre experience.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.
• Ability to explain scientific, clinical, and medical technology concepts effectively.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and independent working skills.
• Australian work rights, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence are required.
