What you will do

• Complete a 16-month rotational program across purchasing, sourcing, and commodity management.
• Support supplier onboarding, disengagement, agreements, selection, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
• Develop procurement and commodity strategies, including supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support new product development, PLC processes, make-versus-buy analysis, and supplier road maps.
• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and coordinate demand signals through MRP.
• Resolve material shortages and systematic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in executive reports, presentations, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent listening, writing, quantitative, qualitative, and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline orientation.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset and ability to thrive in a results-driven culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
• MBA.
