Supply Chain Intern

Location: Singapore; full-time internship for at least 6 months, from January to June.

Beauty company with a portfolio spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Review sets status, assess excess inventory risk, and create depletion plans with the Global Travel Retail team in Europe.
• Analyze portfolio performance and resolve gaps in stock availability, allocation, and shipments versus forecast.
• Lead excess inventory reviews with the Sales Team and support non-sellable inventory reviews.
• Monitor monthly fill-rate KPIs and support Demand Planning tasks and S&OP preparation.
• Track order fulfillment gaps, identify root causes, and update Sales and Customer Service on product registration projects.
• Collaborate with teams in the Singapore office, Europe, and other global functions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time for at least 6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or a related email tool.
• Self-motivated, discreet, articulate, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, flexibility, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
