What you will do

• Lead accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Maintain balance-sheet integrity through review and control of provisions, accruals, and accounting estimates.
• Lead statutory reporting, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and external audit activities.
• Coordinate the internal audit programme and resolve audit findings and action plans.
• Act as a finance business partner to local management and stakeholders, providing financial leadership and governance oversight.
• Lead, develop, and manage the local finance organization while supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance leadership or controllership, covering reporting, controls, and business support.
• Strong technical accounting, financial analysis, commercial, business partnering, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems, with strong knowledge of financial reporting and control processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, judgment, and continuous improvement skills.
