What you will do
- Lead and manage the holiday park team, including staffing and payroll responsibilities.
- Own day-to-day park operations and deliver a strong guest experience.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, safety, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Build relationships with guests, employees, stakeholders, and local communities.
- Work as a complementary management partnership, combining hands-on operations with people and business leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing hospitality, accommodation, tourism, holiday park, or similar operational businesses.
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgeting and business performance management.
- Complementary skills across operations, maintenance or grounds, people leadership, administration, and commercial management.
- Hands-on approach, strong relationship-building skills, and commitment to guest experience.
- Willingness to live and work onsite in New South Wales or Victoria.
- Must hold or be prepared to establish a Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) and valid ABN.
Nice to have
- Previous business ownership or experience working as a management couple.
- Experience in a contract management environment.
