VP, Enterprise Sales (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah; required to work onsite at the Lehi headquarters 5 days per week

What you will do

• Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy for AI agents serving local businesses.
• Lead, mentor, attract, and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Coach the team on strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop sales plans, manage revenue targets, and track performance metrics.
• Guide strategic deals and lead complex enterprise negotiations.

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience.
• Strong background in enterprise outbound sales.
• At least 3 years of experience selling or leading in the enterprise segment.
• Proven success exceeding revenue goals and building scalable, high-performing sales teams.
• Experience training and developing sales talent.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, collaboration, and forecasting skills.
