Senior Project Manager (MEP) - Data Centres

What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex data centre fit-out projects, managing programmes, dependencies, and resources.
• Define project delivery strategies and advise clients on delivery decisions.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Manage building contracts, instructions, change control, submissions, and programme impacts.
• Maintain site presence to verify progress and quality, resolve delivery issues, and monitor safety and regulatory compliance.
• Report on cost, risks, programme, and actions while developing mitigation strategies, improving processes, and mentoring junior project managers.

Requirements

• Substantial experience managing MEP works on complex construction projects, ideally including data centres.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, site interfaces, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience managing programmes, risks, change, commercial matters, client relationships, and senior stakeholders.
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience project managing a data centre project and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management professional certification, or willingness to pursue one.
