Global Risk Manager – Governance and Team Operations

What you will do

• Support the Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, methodologies, governance processes, and risk appetite statement.
• Coordinate ERM governance bodies, including calendars, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, committee actions, and escalation processes.
• Oversee risk policy exception and breach tracking, remediation accountability, risk register reviews, and senior reporting.
• Manage ERM team operations, including workplans, priorities, planning cycles, meetings, offsites, onboarding, budget, and headcount inputs.
• Quality-assure reports, presentations, submissions, and other decision-ready materials.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive timely completion of actions across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in risk management, governance, strategy and operations, consulting, audit, or PMO, ideally in a global matrix environment.
• Experience supporting senior governance forums, committee reporting, or executive decision-making.
• Knowledge of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM or ISO 31000, risk appetite, KRIs, controls, and governance processes.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience with data visualization tools, collaboration tools, and GRC platforms.
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Fluent English, a bachelor's degree in business, risk, economics, or a related field, and high professional integrity.
