What you will do

• Lead process and training-related projects, including process development, mapping, training design, qualification, and delivery.
• Partner with Global Development, business stakeholders, quality groups, and governance functions to maintain an effective GxP Quality Framework.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and status updates for management and business owners.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward data-centric content and qualification management systems.
• Support or lead additional projects, meetings, audits, and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a medium- to large-scale matrix organization, including 5 years focused on pharmaceutical or device compliance.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills required.
• Knowledge of global preclinical and clinical safety, pharmacovigilance, and life sciences regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing complex projects, analyzing business processes, and implementing improvements.
• Ability to work autonomously, build relationships, lead effectively, and foster an inclusive environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in process design and training design.
• Master’s degree in Science or Business.
