Site Manager Production Center (f/m/x) (Automotive)

hirify.global operates a vehicle reconditioning and sales business, preparing certified used cars for placement on the Autohero platform.

What you will do

• Lead a production center with more than 200 employees.
• Plan and manage daily operations to achieve high vehicle quality, optimized output, and cost efficiency.
• Scale production capacity from the initial setup to the target capacity.
• Build and manage relationships with local external partners.
• Coordinate targets and resources with the Berlin headquarters and implement processes on site.
• Build strong teams through onboarding, training, performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the automotive industry or a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience directly and indirectly leading a large team of at least 80 people.
• University degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Track record of optimizing production, logistics, or shop-floor processes and improving efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are required.

• Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or leading ramp-up operations.
