What you will do
- Define test strategies for multi-chiplet packages from initial silicon through high-volume production.
- Coordinate test, yield, and quality efforts across multiple teams and companies.
- Act as the bridge between silicon design, DFT, OSAT partners, and customers.
- Debug issues directly with foundries, OSAT, and ATE vendors.
- Feed lessons learned back into next-generation SiP architectures and DFT strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience bringing ASICs from design phase through production ramp.
- Proven track record in managing wafer yield and analyzing field failure rates.
- Ability to translate system and safety requirements into package architecture and ATE/SLT test content.
- Experience with low power designs involving multiple clock domains.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany.
- Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR regulations).
