Industrialization Engineer (m/f/d) - Process Development (Automotive)

Location: Sibiu, Romania; on-site role associated with the local production location

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement equipment and processes for electronics manufacturing.
• Coordinate equipment orders, technical documentation, installations, performance monitoring, and handover to serial production.
• Ensure process capability and quality targets during product launches and ramp-up phases.
• Support new product introductions, design and process reviews, Design for Manufacturing activities, and technical problem-solving.
• Develop technology roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, maintain technology-partner relationships, and support audits.
• Provide crisis support and prepare technical quotations for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process system development.
• Romanian language required; advanced English required.
• Knowledge of industrial robot programming, pneumatics, electronics, and mechanics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and program PLCs, including Siemens and Beckhoff systems.
• Project management skills.
