Senior Business Analyst (NFR Compliance)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work from home or the Dacia One office

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and validate requirements, ensuring accurate translation into solution designs and configurations.
• Support the Product Owner and squad by managing the backlog, prioritizing work, and creating user stories and tasks.
• Connect business requirements with vendor implementation strategies, roadmaps, APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Work with technology, vendor, data, reporting, HR, and Compliance teams on BAU and change activities.
• Manage testing, release management, incident handling, UAT support, documentation, and vendor issue resolution.
• Analyze data with SQL, improve data accuracy, automate regression testing through INGenious, and use Copilot AI to automate processes.

Requirements

• Relevant Business Analyst and banking experience, including knowledge of the Compliance domain.
• Experience managing stakeholders, external-vendor solutions, agile delivery, and cross-functional distributed teams.
• Understanding of data feeds, data models, BPMN process modeling, REST APIs, SQL, testing types, and Release Management.
• Experience supporting solution rollouts across multiple entities and assisting the Product Owner with project management.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an economic or IT-related field.
