Working Student – Process Automation Analyst

What you will do

• Support day-to-day administration of the automation platform, including access requests and license tracking.
• Build and engage the internal citizen developer community through communication and knowledge-sharing.
• Review automation documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand existing processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into structured documentation.
• Support reporting and status updates for improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and process-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to create structured documentation from stakeholder input.
• Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Curiosity about automation and willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of finance, accounting processes, or automation concepts.
• Familiarity with process mapping methods or platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
